to suite your needs. No lists will be presented only ideas and
suggestions unique to your event.
To do this we will determine a series of factors such as:
• Type
of event
• Likes and dislikes of you and your guests
• The season in which the event will take place
• The amount of people attending the event
• If wine is appropriate we will match the characteristics of the wine
to the menu
• Ethnicity of the group attending the event
• Any food allergies
• Any diet restrictions
• Any religious dietary restrictions
• Vegetarians
